Privacy policy

This notice describes the data processed when you use INSPIRE CRAIOVAMARKETING at inspire.craiovamarketing.ro. It covers this website only. You can change optional choices at any time using the Privacy choices link in the website footer.

Who is responsible

The data controller is ȘTEFĂNESCU ROBERT-ANDREI PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (CUI 54396355; Trade Register no. F2026017563002), Craiova, Dolj, Romania. What this site does

INSPIRE is a browser-based directory. It has no accounts, public submission forms or server-side library. Saved references, moodboards, language, theme and other library preferences are stored in your browser. They are not sent to us by the app. Clearing browser storage removes locally saved information; you can export your library from the app first.

Optional Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is used to count visits and understand basic page use. It is delivered server-side through Cloudflare Zaraz. GA4 does not run until you actively enable “Visit analytics” in Privacy choices. Rejecting analytics does not limit the directory. The legal basis for this optional analytics processing is your consent; you can withdraw it just as easily at any time from the footer.

When enabled, GA4 records page views and the standard session-start, first-visit and engagement events generated by the Zaraz GA4 integration. Page views include the page path (without the URL query or fragment), page title, language, screen dimensions, approximate visit timing, and a pseudonymous visitor/session identifier. We do not send search text, names, email addresses, form data, saved boards or advertising identifiers. Outbound-click, scroll, video, file-download, form and site-search measurement are disabled. Google Signals, advertising personalization, remarketing and e-commerce tracking are not configured.

The Cloudflare Zaraz configuration for this site suppresses the visitor IP address, browser user-agent, external referrer and URL query parameters before analytics events are forwarded. Google states that it does not log or store the individual IP addresses of users in the EEA; it may derive coarse location information from an IP address before discarding it. GA4 may use first-party analytics storage and a pseudonymous identifier to distinguish visits and sessions. These are optional and are used only after analytics consent. The current GA4 property keeps event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months; new activity does not restart the user-level retention period. Google Analytics standard aggregate reports may be retained separately under Google’s service settings. You can also clear cookies/site data in your browser.

Cloudflare, Google and international processing

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery, security and the Zaraz tag-management service. Cloudflare necessarily processes technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site; its infrastructure may also keep operational security logs under its service settings. If you consent to analytics, Cloudflare Zaraz forwards the limited event described above to Google Analytics. Google processes that event under the terms and settings for Google Analytics. Google documents regional collection for EEA traffic and its transfer safeguards in its data transfer framework information.

The Cloudflare consent cookie is named craiova_consent and is configured at the Craiova Marketing zone level. INSPIRE uses a distinct purpose identifier, inspireAnalytics, and an Inspire-hostname-only GA trigger; another site must not reuse this purpose. The site also stores your six-month consent choice in this origin’s local storage. Theme and language preferences are stored locally as well.

Other optional external content

If you separately allow previews and icons, your browser requests preview images from WordPress and favicon images from Google. If you allow external fonts, it requests font styles and files from Google Fonts. Those services receive your IP address and request information. These choices are separate from analytics; refusing them leaves all directory links and generated covers available. Withdrawal prevents future requests but cannot undo requests already sent.

Cookies and local storage

Zaraz stores cfz_google-analytics_v4 and cf_zaraz_client for up to one year, and cfzs_google-analytics_v4 for the browser session. These first-party HttpOnly cookies are scoped to craiovamarketing.ro. The craiova_consent cookie lasts up to one year; this site asks again after 180 days. After withdrawal, analytics is blocked, but HttpOnly cookies cannot be deleted by this page and may remain until expiry or until you clear site data.

Essential hosting and security operations continue regardless of optional consent. This site does not use advertising cookies.

Your choices and rights

Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to allow or withdraw analytics, previews/icons, and fonts independently. Withdrawal stops future optional analytics events and removes GA cookies where the browser exposes them; it does not erase events already received by Google. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other rights that apply to your circumstances, and may complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing. Contact the controller using the details above. You can complain to your local supervisory authority.

We will update the date and this notice if the actual tools, data or settings change. The description above reflects the current configuration of this website.
